Returns

 

• You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Certain items (such as perishable goods, personal care items, or final sale products) cannot be returned.

 

Refunds

 

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

 

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at puppyy111@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

 

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
• Please use a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
